The Project is the brainchild of Dr. Paul Hannig. A lover of music and creativity, he established the Project as a place - an eventual community - where people can get together, dance, play instruments, sing and contribute all kinds of talents and skills to the creative arts.

The Project represents a diverse, cross-cultural orientation to help people get into the spirit of the music and evole it into something new. It is for people of all ages and you don't have to possess any great talent or musical skill. You can contribute, enjoy, and participate at any and every level. We encourage you to engage in and explore the music within you. We only ask that if you didn't get what you came for, how did you stop yourself from having a good time and gaining something from the experience?

We understand that some people are introverted and others are extroverted. Some may reach a point where they are in the spotlight, while others are content to be shy. Whether it be through singing, dancing, drumming, or any other creative expression, you can enter the Project at your own pace and style. The Project is constantly undergoing growth, transition, upgrading, innovation, and change ... making it a unique home for creativity and musical expression.

The goal of the Project is to become an integrated, grass roots organization that transcends musical boundaries and pushes the limits of inspiration, creativity and innovation. We operate in different locations, but our cental locus is in Chatsworth nestled beneath the Santa Susanna Mountations of the northwest San Fernando Valley.
